At the same time, it operates one of the largest service centers in Europe for the “on-demand production” of molds and models for metal casting. Our customers include international automotive manufacturers, leading mechanical engineering companies and renowned research institutes. voxeljet AG is headquartered in Friedberg near Augsburg, Germany, has subsidiaries in the USA, China and India. To strengthen our Finance-team, we are looking for immediate support in part time.

What you can expect
Job Objective:
Ensuring the solvency of our customers and invoicing all current orders.
Your tasks:
- Settlement of all order types of ordinary business activities (e.g. sale of hardware, merchandise and services)
- Obtaining entry certificates for intra-Community deliveries
- Carrying out VAT ID checks
- Accounts payable/receivable management in SAP
- Credit assessment of customers by obtaining information from our rating agency
- Detailed check of the customer's probability of default and credit limit
- Receivables management in SAP
- Support in processing requests from the auditor as part of the annual audit
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- experience in finance desirable
- Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP FI and SP an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Enjoy working with numbers
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
